Urbanfleur – Return & Refund Policy

At Urbanfleur, we want you to love your purchase.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels are still attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Urbanfleur does not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Customized or special-request products

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@urbanfleur.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to the provided return address
  4. After inspection, we will approve or reject the return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong product delivered

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer a:

✔ store credit
✔ refund (in applicable cases)

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged/defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product not delivered due to our error
  • Exchange item not available

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Invoice

We will replace or refund the item immediately.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once shipping begins, cancellation is not possible
  • Refund for prepaid canceled orders will be processed within 3–7 business days
