Refund & Return Policy
At Urbanfleur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jacket. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with US consumer standards.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The jacket must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@urbanfluer.shop.
- Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), Urbanfleur will pay for the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: It usually takes 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
